Artist’s Biography

Donal Conn can frequently be found in far-away corners of the planet documenting the cultures, wildlife, colors and shadows of distant lands. His award-winning nature and travel images have appeared in both print and digital formats for such prestigious publications as National Geographic, Smithsonian, Country, Adirondack Life, Cape Cod Life, and Yankee Magazine as well as in multiple editions of in-flight magazines for both Thai Airlines and Lufthansa. They are also currently featured in promotional materials for the Weather Channel and New York State’s ILOVENY campaign. In addition to his commercial work, Donal’s fine art photography can be found hanging in galleries, public places and private collections around the world from London to Shanghai to Berlin to Montreal.

When not in foreign time zones, he can frequently be found wading a top-secret Adirondack trout stream with his fly rod somewhere north of his home town of Saratoga Springs, New York USA.
